How do I pay?

Card only, via POS at reception. We don't accept cash and there's no online payment.

When can I drop off or pick up?

We're open 24 hours, every day of the year.

Do I need to book?

You can send a request on WhatsApp and reception will confirm availability, or just walk in, subject to availability. A request is only confirmed once reception replies.

What if I leave it for more than a day?

After 24 hours, the daily rate applies to each 24-hour period started. For example, a large suitcase for 30 hours pays two days: S/. 40.00.

Do you have long-stay rates?

Yes: there are special rates for more than 10 days. Message us on WhatsApp for a quote.

What kind of luggage can I leave?

Backpacks and handbags, large suitcases and extra-large items such as surfboards. Each item is charged by its category.
